This Refund Policy describes AmaxClaw's approach to refunds for subscriptions, one-time purchases, and points/credits. Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase.

1. General No-Refund Policy

All purchases made on AmaxClaw — including subscription plans (Premium, Plus, Enterprise), point packages, and any other paid features — are final and non-refundable.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you will not receive a refund, credit, or reimbursement for:

  • Subscription fees for any unused portion of the current billing period
  • Points or credits that have been partially or fully consumed
  • One-time feature purchases or add-ons
  • Any charges that result from failure to cancel a subscription before the renewal date
  • Accounts that have been suspended or terminated for violations of our Terms of Service

2. Exception: Payment Successful but Service Not Activated

We recognize that technical issues may occasionally occur. If your payment was successfully charged but the corresponding service, subscription, or credits were not activated or added to your account, you are entitled to resolution.

To request assistance in such cases, please:

  • Contact us at support@amaxclaw.com within 7 days of the payment date
  • Include your registered email address, order/transaction ID, and a description of the issue
  • Attach any relevant screenshots or payment receipts

We will investigate the issue and, if confirmed, activate the service or credit your account within 3 business days. If activation is not technically feasible, we will provide a full refund.

3. Chargeback Policy

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank or payment provider without first contacting us is a violation of this policy. If a chargeback is filed, we reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or permanently terminate your account
  • Contest the chargeback with evidence of service delivery
  • Pursue recovery of disputed amounts through legal means if necessary

We encourage you to contact us first — most issues can be resolved quickly and amicably.

4. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
  • No further charges will be made after the cancellation date
  • You will not receive a refund for the remaining days in your billing period
  • Access to paid features will continue until the period expires

5. Applicable Law

This Refund Policy is subject to applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction. If local law grants you refund rights that exceed those stated in this policy, those legal rights will apply.

For users in the European Union, Australian Consumer Law, or other jurisdictions with mandatory consumer protection regulations, statutory rights are not affected by this policy.
